1. Overview

Best4KIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Best4KIPTV does not host, store, upload or control any media content. We provide a technical service and act as an intermediary; content is provided by third-party sources over which we have no editorial control.

2. Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe content accessible through our service infringes your rights, send a written notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you want removed and enough information for us to locate it (channel name, URL, time and date).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Where to Send Notices

Send DMCA notices via WhatsApp to +212 764 944 717 with the subject “DMCA Notice”. We review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material identified.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice is accurate before sending it.
