1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using a Best4KIPTV subscription, free trial or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. The Service

Best4KIPTV provides access to live TV channels, movies and series delivered over the internet (IPTV) in 4K, UHD, FHD and HD quality. Channel lineups, VOD libraries and features may change at any time without notice as content and sources evolve.

3. Subscriptions & Renewals

Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and are paid in advance.
Subscriptions never auto-renew. Your line expires at the end of the paid period. To continue, contact us on WhatsApp and we will renew for the duration you choose.
One standard subscription allows streaming on one device at a time. Multi-connection lines are available on request.

4. Free Trial

Free trials are offered at our discretion, one per customer/device, for a short test period so you can verify the service works on your device before paying.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not share, resell or redistribute your login details or streams.
Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of your country.
Do not attempt to attack, overload or reverse-engineer our servers.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Devices & Internet

You are responsible for your own device, IPTV player app and internet connection. We recommend at least 25 Mbps for 4K. We provide setup guidance but do not guarantee compatibility with every app or hardware.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance, source outages or ISP blocking may occur; our built-in VPN and support team are there to help resolve issues quickly.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 7 days if the service does not work on your device and our support cannot fix it.

9. Content & Copyright

Best4KIPTV does not host, upload or store any media content. We act as a technical service provider. If you believe content is infringing, see our DMCA page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best4KIPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
